Return Policy

How to Process a Return:

- Click here or the "Returns" link at the bottom of the page and enter your order number and email, then click "Start your return".
- Follow the prompts to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed shipping instructions.
- Items must be packaged to protect their shape, and we suggest insured mail, so that you have a tracking number. We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange if the product is damaged due to improper packaging.

Are There Any Charges for Returns?

- No restocking fees.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

How Soon Will I Receive My Refund?

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5-8 business days.

Final Sale and Discounted Products

- Please note that ALL final sale and discounted items are not eligible for refunds or returns and are FINAL SALE only.
- All panties are final sale. Due to health and safety concerns, intimate garments containing a crotch or gusset cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returnable Items

- Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt.
- Must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, with original tags attached.
- Only regular priced items are eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

- No returns without an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Items missing tags, worn, washed, or with scents are non-returnable.
- Due to health and safety concerns, intimate garments containing a crotch or gusset cannot be returned or exchanged. All panties are final sale.
